Lost & Found maintains a high standard of honesty. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Misleading or deceptive information regarding lost or found items.
- Fake reports or "bait-and-switch" descriptions.
- Using another person's photos to report a lost or found item.
3. Spam & Irrelevant Content
Our platform is specifically for lost and found items. Content not related to this purpose will be removed:
- Advertisements, promotional material, or commercial solicitations.
- Repeated or duplicate postings of the same item.
- Junk mail, chain letters, or any form of unsolicited messaging.
4. Harassment & Hate Speech
We do not tolerate content that is abusive, harassing, or hateful. This includes:
- Slurs or degradation based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
- Personal attacks or targeted bullying of other users.
- Language meant to intimidate or threaten others.
5. Privacy Violations
Respect the privacy of others. Do not post content that includes:
- Private addresses or sensitive location data without consent.
- Phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal identifiers.
- Photos of individuals taken without their permission.
6. Removal Rights
Lost & Found reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion if it violates this Content Policy, our Terms of Service, or our Community Guidelines. We may also restrict accounts belonging to users who repeatedly transgress these rules.
7. Reporting Content
If you encounter content that violates these rules, please use the "Report" feature available on every item page or contact our trust and safety team at lostandfound.claim@gmail.com.
