- Illegal Items: Reporting prohibited goods like drugs or weapons.

3. Review & Reaction Timeline
Our trust and safety team reviews every report:
- Initial Review: Most reports are actioned within 24 to 48 hours.
- Urgent Matters: High-priority reports involving safety threats or illegal items are reviewed immediately.
- Anonymity: Your reporting identity is kept confidential and is not shared with the reported user.
4. Actionable Measures
Based on the findings of our review, we may take the following actions:

- Content Removal: Deleting the listing, photo, or message associated with the report.
- Restriction: Temporarily limiting a user's ability to browse or post.
- Suspension: Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeat offenses.
5. Appeal Process
If your content was removed or your account was restricted, you have the right to appeal:
- Submission: Respond to the notification email with your rationale for an appeal.
- Second Review: A different member of our safety team will review the original decision and any new information you provide.
- Final Decision: You will be notified of the final outcome within 7 business days.
6. Reporting Illegal Activity
In cases involving physical safety, theft, or other crimes, we strongly encourage reporting the matter to your local police department first. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations as required by law.
